Separate a shell kit from a finished cabin

The supplier lists a 20.8 m² heated area, approximately 224 square feet. Shell kits and finished seasonal modules are different offers. Specify which one you are evaluating before comparing prices or construction schedules.

Work backward from the site

For the shell format, ECHO states that three ECHO 20 kits fit in a 40HS container. That is a packing reference, not a US freight quote. Ask who unloads the container, assembles the elements and completes the interior and services.

US finishing and delivery costs

A European shell offer is not a delivered US guest room. US adaptation, finishing, transport and site work need their own proposal. A US quote depends on who supplies that work.

Are the interior and services included in the shell kit?

The supplier excludes interior finishes, electrical and plumbing, heating and ventilation, furniture and other fit-out items from its shell scope. Confirm the full current bill of materials with the quote.

Can ECHO become a UNIKO Park Model?

It may be evaluated as a source design. Container packing or a compact floor area does not establish Park Model eligibility; the selected version needs its own engineering and compliance review.
